HOW FAST CAN I GET IT?
Most of our veils are made in our own workroom for fast turnaround time. We keep inventory counts in real time, so the "availability" shown above may change based on the color or options selected. Be sure to take note of the availability after you have made your selections. IN STOCK--ships next business day NOT IN STOCK--ships within 1-4 business days, depending on current production levels NOTE: Custom orders (custom colors or veils with added accents) may take up to 2 weeks) If you have an urgent need, please contact us prior to placing an order to determine if we can meet your needs: info@veilshop.com
RETURN POLICY
What if you don't like it? All non-custom orders can be returned . . . with no restocking fees!* (see below) You have 7 days to preview your purchase and decide if you wish to keep any or all of it. We just ask that you have your return postmarked one week from the date of delivery and return all items in their same, new condition, with all tags intact. For further details, please see our Return Policy link. TIP #1: You can order a non-custom wedding veil (which can be returned) prior to placing a custom order to be sure of the veil style, length, etc. Also, be sure to take advantage of our fabric samples for color matching. TIP #2: If you order the veil with a detachable blusher, it will make it a custom order because we must attach a permanent strip of Velcro to the comb. However, you can order the blusher "unattached" and it will not be considered custom. We supply you with the extra strip of Velcro to attach to your comb yourself after you have decided to keep the veil. *Limit of 2 veils per order--if you order more than 2 bridal veils in one order a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
SHIPPING CHARGES
USA Deliveries: Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the box as well as delivery destination. After entering all items in the shopping cart, click the "shipping calculator" and enter the delivery zip code to see all shipping options and pricing. We have found UPS to be the most consistent and reliable carrier for our products, therefore we use them exclusively for all domestic deliveries. Foreign Deliveries: Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the box as well as delivery destination. In order to calculate the charge, the exact address must first be entered during the checkout process (the shipping calculator will not work for foreign addresses). You will not be asked for any credit card information until all shipping options have been displayed. We ship all foreign orders via USPS Express Mail International as it has proven the most reliable method at the lowest cost for our customers. You are responsible for any duty taxes/fees upon delivery--please check with your local customs/delivery agents for details. Note: Parcel Force is usually the delivery agent in Europe and Canada Post in Canada. AA/AP/AE Deliveries: USPS Priority Mail is the only shipping option available, and delivery confirmation is not an option.

I was very skeptical about ordering a veil online. . .I was delighted to see I could order a swatch and be reimubrsed for it--what great customer service! The veil is perfect. Just as good as any that I tried at the salon, and the price was outstanding. I couldn''t bring myself to pay so much for something that can''t be worn any other time! I highly recommend purchasing your veil here if you''re looking to stick to a down-to-earth budget. . . I built the exact one I wanted for about $150 less.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I''m Happy!

I recently received my veil in the mail and just wanted to let you know how happy I am with it. I chose the 1 layer champagne elbow length with a fine embroidered edge. It arrived promptly, in perfect condition, and even without wrinkles! Using your swatches I was able to pick out champagne as my color and it compliments my gown quite well. Just for your records, the champagne color works with my beige Oleg Cassini gown from David''s Bridal. It is a dark ivory gown with more tan/brown tones than yellowish ivory. So thanks again. I had previously purchased a veil from David''s Bridal and just was not happy with the color or quality. Now I am happy and will have a big smile on my face walking down the aisle next weekend.
