Blusher Options

It has been our experience that most brides prefer to use the top layer of a 2 or 3 layer wedding veil as their blusher just for convenience.

In all photos of 2 and 3 layered veils you will see a view with the top layer used as a blusher, with the veil worn either on top of or behind the head.

If you choose a detachable blusher, it will have a plain cut edge finish, to blend in with the gown

"TUCKING" the Blusher

If you are using the top layer of a 2 or 3 layer veil as the blusher, then it will have more fullness than the detachable blusher. Thefabric that has been gathered will naturally produce fullness over the face. To produce a sleeker look for your blusher, try tucking it around the shoulders as shown below:

Put the wedding veil on and pull the top layer over the face

Lift up the longer layer and tuck the sides of the shorter layer (blusher) around the shoulders

Replace the longer layer over the shorter layer (blusher)
