This is a 3 layer veil--if you want a blusher, you have 2 options:
1) Use the top layer as the blusher 2) Order it with a detachable blusher (more blusher information)
If a detachable blusher or scattered accents are added to this veil, it will make it a custom order (meaning it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged)
