| ANSWERS TO SOME OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS | | When will my order ship? | Veils: If in stock will ship the next day. If not in stock, please allow 1-4 business days for production. Exceptions:
- 1) Veils made with custom colors or have added accents may take up to 2 weeks
- 2) Veils in our Specialty Veil section are not made in our workroom, so please allow 2 weeks if not in stock (Gold and Peach colors can take up to 6 weeks if not in stock).
Headpieces: Will ship directly to you from our manufacturer the next business day. Because the stock levels of the various manufacturers can vary from day to day and occasionally a piece will be unexpectedly out of stock, you will be notified of any backordered items the next day.
Jewelry: Pieces made in our own workroom with the most common colors (white, cream, and creamrose pearls, and clear crystals) usually ship in 3 days or less. Other colors may take up to 2 weeks to complete if we do not have sufficient inventory to complete your project.
If you have any questions, or have a more urgent need, please contact us prior to placing your order to see if we can accomodate your needs. | | How much are shipping charges? | Shipping charges are based on weight, size of box, and delivery location. A shipping calculator is provided on the first page of the checkout section. Enter the "ship to" zip code and charges will be displayed. This only works for US shipments. For foreign deliveries, you must enter the entire delivery address before shipping charges will be shown.
| | Do you ship to foreign countries? | Yes we do, to certain countries. If you do not see your country listed, please email us.
