The following does not apply to the veils featured in our "Specialty Veil" section. The veils featured in that category have hand beaded accents, and can be returned per our normal return policy.

| Any product marked "custom" or "custom order" cannot be cancelled (once production on the piece has begun), returned, or exchanged. This term primarily applies to veils that have had the custom options of scattered accents (pearls, crystals, or rhinestones) applied, who have added a detachable blusher, that are made with rhinestone edge finish, or are made in a custom color.
Helpful hint:
If you aren't sure the veil will work for you and you'd like to have the option of returning it, we suggest that you order a similar non-custom veil first. Once you try it on to see if it works, then you can return the standard item and re-order the custom version, with confidence! |
