| Special Notice! | | WARNING: | We refuse to accept any shipment sent in a padded envelope. Anything sent to us that way will be returned to you unopened, and you will need to send it back properly, meaning double shipping charges on your part. Just don't do it! | | IMPORTANT: | Do not refuse a shipment for any reason. All items are carefully packed, even if the outer box appears crushed. | Return Policy Guidelines | | 7 Day Preview | OPEN YOUR SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY! Once you receive your order you have 1 week to look it over and decide if you wish to keep it. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date they were delivered to you. This doesn't mean it needs to get back to us in 7 days, just postmarked for return.
Because bridal items can be easily damaged by repeated handling, dropped by a hairdresser, etc. there are no warranties that apply for any reason beyond the first 7 days of receipt.
VeilShop.com reserves the right to refuse shipments not meeting this deadline and/or charge a 25% restocking fee. | | Clearance Items | Items marked "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged. | | Custom Items | Veils made with custom colors, added accents, detachable blushers, or the rhinestone trim are considered custom orders and are clearly marked (*Custom Order). These items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, nor can they be returned or exchanged. | | Required Paperwork | A return procedure form will be included with your invoice. Please fill out and enclose that form with your return to ensure proper crediting to your account. | | Condition | Items being returned must be in an unaltered state, in the original packing, with the original tags intact. | | Packaging | We go to great efforts to pack your order securely, and we ask that you extend us the same courtesy with your return. We must receive your return in the same new condition.
Veils stuffed in bags may develop wrinkles that cannot be removed. In this case the veil will be deemed unacceptable for a return. | | Insurance | Please enclose the items in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape. We cannot issue a credit if the merchandise reaches us in a damaged state, so we suggest that you insure it with your carrier. | | Defective Items | We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided we are notified of the defect within 7 days of delivery to you.
