WARNING:

UPS Ground shipments do not require a signature for delivery. However, it is up to the driver's discretion if he/she feels the package can be left safely at the door. If you are not at home and the UPS driver requires a signature, you will be left a notice of attempted delivery. Other UPS methods (Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will automatically require a signature.

***If you are not home, receive a notice of attempted delivery, and then call the indicated UPS number and ask them to re-deliver to an alternate address, you will incur an additional charge of anywhere from $6.00-$20.00***

(This only applies to those individuals who are not home at the time of delivery, do not want to go to the UPS facility to pick up their package, and ask UPS to deliver to an alternate address instead).

You will not be charged if you ask UPS to re-deliver the next day to the original address.

Save yourself the trouble, and enter the best shipping address before your order ships!

Ship to an address where someone will be home to accept the package for you, or
Ship to your place of business, or
Be prepared to pick up your package at the UPS facility
UPS will attempt to deliver to your original address 3 times (no extra charge), but after that your shipment will be returned to VeilShop.com. The order will then be treated as a regular return (providing it is a non-custom item) and shipping charges will not be refundable. You will need to pay shipping charges to have it re-sent to you.
