Details	The shipping charges for each order are based on the weight and size of the box required for safe shipment, as well as the destination and shipping method. After entering the products into the shopping cart, a box is provided to enter the zip code of the "ship to" address to calculate shipping charges. Sales tax is only collected for shipments within the state of Ohio. See map below for estimated delivery time via UPS Ground from our location in Ohio. For headpieces shipping from directly from the manufacturer, the following map will apply:
WARNING!	UPS Ground does not normally require a signature. However, it is up the the driver's discretion if he/she feels the package can be safely left at the door. If you are not home and the driver feels a signature release is needed, you will be left a "notice of attempted delivery" with instructions for contacting UPS. If you contact UPS and request a delivery to a different address, a charge of $15.00 will incur! Instead, please make arrangements to pick up the shipment or have someone at your home on the next delivery date. Please note: This only applies to those individuals who are not at home at the time of delivery, do not want to go to the UPS facility to pick up their package, and ask UPS to redeliver to an alternate address. Save yourself the trouble and enter the best shipping address when placing your order: Ship to an address where you know someone will be home during delivery hours, OR Ship to your place of business, OR Be prepared to pick up your shipment at the UPS facility UPS will only try to deliver to you 3 times before they will return the shipment to VeilShop.com. Once we have received the shipment back, it will be treated as a normal return (meaning the shipping charges are non-refundable) and you will be responsible for shipping fees if you wish to have the order re-sent. PLEASE pay attention to the tracking number that we will email you when your order ships so you will know when to expect your delivery.

Details	Based on customer feedback, we have found the US Postal Service to be the best carrier of foreign shipments as their cost is about half that of other delivery agents. Although tracking capabilities are limited once the shipment leaves the US, they usually are delivered in 7-10 buesiness days. The shipping costs for each order are based on the weght and size of the box required for safe shipment. Shipping charges for foreign order can only be calculated after entering the entire shipping address during the checkout process (prior to entering any credit card information). The zip code calculator will not work. Please note: We are required to list the exact price for each item on the customs form. Please do not ask us to enter a lesser amount, or "gift", as that is illegal. VeilShop.com does not guarantee a delivery date for foreign orders, as all items must pass through customs, and clearance time can vary. Once a shipment leaves the US, we have very little tracking capabilities as the shipment will be delivered by a third party. In Europe, this is usually Parcel Force, and in Canada, Canada Post. Please contact them with your tracking number for further assistance. Due to a significant amount of fraud, we only ship to a select number of foreign countries. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, please contact us for availability. At this time we do not ship to any countries in Africa.

We understand that it is very difficult to know if you are going to like a product just from the photo on the web site. For this reason, we allow you to select up to 2 non-custom veils and/or 2 headpieces to try for an entire week, and decide which (if any) of the pieces work for you. The cost of any returned items is credited back to your credit card (shipping charges are non-refundable). At VeilShop.com, there are

NO in-store credits

Shipping carriers do not offer their services free of charge, so someone must incur their fees. Most web sites that offer "free shipping" either do not allow returns at all, or charge a re-stocking fee to all returned items in order to recoup those costs. Through feedback, we've found that our customers favor the convenience of in-home product approval more.
