How to use a brooch to secure a Drop Veil to the head

Step 1: Insert the padded comb at the spot where you want the Drop Veil to fold when pulled away from the face. Drop Veil padded combs are available in white, diamond white, and ivory to match the veil, or in brown or black to match the hair. In this photo we are using the large grown padded comb ( DVC-214).	Step 2: Drape the Drop Veil over your head, adjusting it to give the length desire in the front and back.	Step 3: Pin the brooch to the padded comb to scure the Drop Veil. Brooch BH-179-IV-SV is shown above.

Plain cut edge (will not fray or ravel)

Fine Embroidered
A very narrow stitched edge, sometimes called a "pencil" edge

Silver
A very narrow stitched edge using silver metallic thread

Gold
A very narrow stitched edge using gold metallic thread

Satin Cord
A 1/8" round satin cord sewn to one side of the veil edge

Ribbon
A 1/8" flat satin ribbon sewn to one side of the veil edge
