Shipping Information

SHIPPING CHARGES
The FREE SHIPPING promotion applies only to orders shipped within the US

We do not inflate our prices to cover shipping, nor are there any handling or other fees added--you are simply charged what it costs us to deliver your items safely.

For domestic orders, a shipping calculator is available on the first page of the shopping cart. Enter your zip code and a list of all available shipping options/prices will be displayed. The calculator will not work however, for foreign deliveries. For foreign deliveries you must proceed through checkout, entering the full address information, and then shipping options will be shown. You will be able to see the costs before being required to enter payment information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Any item that is shown to be in stock, in sufficient quantity to fill your order, will ship the next business day. If not in stock, all items should have a notice regarding the estimated date of availability.

In general, headpieces that are not normally stocked will take about 5 business days to get to us from the manufacturer, and we ship them to you as soon as they are received.  Veils are made on premises, so if not in stock it usually takes 1-3 business days to have them ready to ship.  If the veil has added accents, or is a custom order, please allow up to 2 weeks.

If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, it will be held until complete in order to save you additional shipping charges. However, if you prefer to send the in-stock items right away, we can split the order into two separate ones for you, with a shipping charge applied to each.

SHIPPING METHODS

We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) as well as United Parcel Service (UPS) for all domestic deliveries. Both have proven to be reliable methods, with USPS having a slight advantage with regard to price and speed (due to Saturday processing). See the maps below for estimated transit times for each carrier. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, we can only guarantee when it will ship from our location. Due to security issues, we will only ship foreign orders via USPS Express Mail International.



DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

All products are carefully inspected prior to packaging for shipment, but in the unlikely event that a product is received with a defect, or if damaged by the carrier, please contact us immediately. We stand behind all of our products and will get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

Shipments are packed very carefully, so even if the outer box is damaged the inner materials should be free of defect. Please do not refuse a shipment because the the outer box condition! Don't worry, if the item is in fact damaged then we'll make sure you get a replacement without waiting for a claim to be filed with the carrier.

REFUSED SHIPMENT

Please don't refuse a shipment. If you need to cancel an order, just contact us prior to shipment. If you refuse it, it could take weeks to get back to us. Since we cannot issue a refund until we have our merchandise back in the same new condition, it could be quite a while before we can credit your account. Shipping charges for a refused shipment are non-refundable, just as in a normal return.

SPECIAL NOTICE FOR FOREIGN DELIVERIES

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any and all duty taxes, as well as brokerage fees or other associate fees upon delivery. Check with your local customs office for details before you place your order. Should you refuse your shipment, it can takes months to get back to us, and we cannot do a refund to your card until we have our merchandise back. We strongly advise against refusal of a shipment.
