For pieces made with the most common colors of white, cream, and creamrose pearls, and clear crystals, they are usually completed and shipped within 3 business days. Other colors may take up to 2 weeks, depending on whether the supplies on hand are sufficient for the color ordered. *Limit of 2 made-to-order headpieces per order (a set of 6 hairpins is equal to 1 headpiece). If you would like multiple sets for a bridal party, please order only 1 set to preview. If it does not meet your needs, it can be returned without a restocking fee. However, if that set does meet your approval then you can order the balance and we will provide you with free shipping for them. Due to the labor costs involved, a restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns of multiple sets of the same made-to-order item.

Foreign Deliveries: Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the box as well as delivery destination. In order to calculate the charge, the exact address must first be entered during the checkout process (the shipping calculator will not work for foreign addresses). You will not be asked for any credit card information until all shipping options have been displayed. We ship all foreign orders via USPS Express Mail International as it has proven the most reliable method at the lowest cost for our customers. You are responsible for any duty taxes/fees upon delivery--please check with your local customs/delivery agents for details. Note: Parcel Force is usually the delivery agent in Europe and Canada Post in Canada.

AA/AP/AE Deliveries: USPS Priority Mail is the only shipping option available, and delivery confirmation is not an option.
